2003 6.0 powerstroke hot no start

The 7.3 L (444 cu in) Power Stroke was replaced by the 6.0 L (365 cu in) beginning in the second quarter of the 2003 model year. The 6.0L Power Stroke, was used in Ford Super Duty trucks until the 2007 model year but lasted until 2009 in the Ford Econoline vans (model year 2010) and in the Ford Excursion SUVs until after the 2005 models when Ford discontinued Excursion production.

Replaced the ipr valve with no avail. Just did a leak test a cpl weeks ago when i showed up on the job(50 miles from shop)i shut my truck(06 f250 6.0) off and was checking out the site.i went to move my truck and all it would do is turn over,no start. i grabbed my tools and started working. at lunch i tried again and it started.

engine cranks but will not start. have installed new 23 amp glow plugs, glow plug wiring assembly, glow plug relay, fuel injector # XXXXX and 4 and new egr valve. will crank but no fire. any ideas on source of a problem would be helpful.
